Just some of the assessments that we are certified to administer.
TriMetrix: The TriMetrix assessment provides an accurate system to assess, develop, and retain top talent. Based on a unique 37-factor analysis, the TriMetrix System reveals a person’s specific traits in three areas that describe the how, why, and what of individual performance. The Center for Personal Development’s job benchmarking process enables businesses to benchmark the job, assess the talent, and find the best job fit. We use factual data based on specific job requirements to provide a solid foundation for the hiring process to ensure that you select and retain only the best people for the job.
DISC: For over 30 years, DISC has helped organizations build productive teams, develop the leaders of tomorrow, improve customer service, and reduce interpersonal conflict. Based on four dimensions of human behavior – dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness, DISC can be applied in team building seminars, sales training, and leadership development initiatives.
MBTI: The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is one of the best-known and trusted personality assessments available. The MBTI helps individuals and team’s alike better understand individual differences and the unique personality traits of others. The assessment is used in both small and large group settings to increase decision-making, increase communication, and to leverage individual strengths.
FIRO-B: For more than 40 years the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B) assessment has helped people understand how their need for inclusion, control and affection can shape their interactions with others at work or in their personal life. The FIRO-B is used to enhance one-on-one coaching, team-building initiatives, communication workshops and leadership development programs.
TKI: The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is the world’s best-selling instrument for understanding how different conflict-handling styles affect both interpersonal and group dynamics. The TKI can be used to help alleviate conflict between two or more people or in larger group settings to provide managers insight into how and when to select the most appropriate conflict style to get the best results.
360 Feedback: Also known as multi-rater feedback, 360 feedback is a process in which one person, often referred to as the subject, receives anonymous feedback from the people that he/she works with. Examples of competencies used in the 360 process include, but are not limited to: leadership, communication, teamwork, listening, developing others, customer focus, strategic planning, communicating the vision, and building relationships.
